"I want to thank Griselda for helping us decide on our new policy. She was helpful, patient, and understood our needs. I appreciate that she took the time to answer my questions, update my quotes,, and look for all possible discounts for me. Other providers wouldn't give me the time of day much less answer insurance questions. And the fact that she reached out to me after office hours, because of system update issue they were having that day, makes it better. To be honest, I wasn't expecting to hear back from her until after the weekend. Her emailing me Friday evening was a surprise to me, making me feel like we were just as important as the guy who has been with them for 50 years."
